TG Requirement

The standard FR4 Tg is between 130 – 140°C, the median Tg is 150 °C and the high Tg is greater than 170°C. In the hot state, high Tg FR4 will have better mechanical and chemical resistance to heat and moisture than standard FR4.

PCB Thickness

Board thickness tolerance is +/-10%. Solder mask and copper plating will make the boards thicker.

Special Requirements

Should half-cut holes on the edge of the PCB be made with copper? This will allow it to be soldered to another PCB.

Gold Finger is adding plating on the edge of PCB. This may be to ensure a good ground to a metal casing or for shielding purposes. Or to advid microwave leaking from PCB edge.
